The Dock 28 holiday rental, with its very modern furnishings and lovingly decorated interior, measures 48 square metres and is located on the 2nd floor. The bathroom has been completely renovated, and the apartment is equipped to make you feel right at home. The building is located right on the beach, across from the seawater indoor pool. The apartment’s private balcony will enchant you with its southeast-facing location and invites you to relax and enjoy sunny afternoons. The Niendorf district, part of Timmendorfer Strand, is the somewhat quieter and more idyllic part of this Baltic Sea resort. The newly redesigned promenade, with its variety of shops and restaurants, is perfect for pleasant walks. Numerous shops for daily necessities—such as a bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, and more—are just a few minutes’ walk away. The Niendorf Balcony, with its pier, offers relaxing moments to unwind while gazing out over Lübeck Bay. Timmendorfer Strand/Niendorf has plenty to see not only during the sunny months; even in the colder months, there are great places to visit, such as the idyllic harbour or the wonderful hinterland, from which you can reach Lake Hemmelsdorf. Other excursion tips include the Sea-Life Centre or the ice rink in Timmendorfer Strand, Hansa-Park in Sierksdorf, or the water ski facility in Süsel. Cities like Lübeck and Hamburg are also within easy reach. Parking options for your car
The holiday rental does not include a private parking space. We recommend the P5 public car park (behind EDEKA, about 200 m away), where, in our experience, you can usually find a spot easily. There, you can purchase daily or weekly passes from the vending machine as needed. The cost of a weekly pass (€25 or €50, depending on the season) is to be paid by the guests themselves.
