Wohnung hatte eine gute Aufteilung. Dass der Vermieter die heizung angemacht hat .NegativDass im Schlafzimmer keine Gardinen sind Die Sauberkeit in der Dusche lässt zu wünschen übrig .Das Geschirr war sehr verschmutzt sodass ich die weise Teller und Kaffefbecher erstmal in die Spülmaschische gesteckt habe .Wenn der Mieter es auch sauber zu hinterlassen hat ,dann muss ich als Vermieter einfach Stichproben machen .Die Verschmutzung hat man gesehen sobald man die Schranktüre aufmachte Der Eingang zur Wohnung könnte man auch mal erneuert .Dass man nicht an der Wohnung parken kann ,das sollte im Beschrieb drin stehen

Ich bedauere diese Erfahrung. Der beauftragte Reiningungsservice wurde gewechselt. Das Bad wurde einer Grundreinigung unterzogen. Silikonfugen gereinigt und z.Teil. erneuert. Der Kommentar zum Eingangsbereich ist nicht nachvollziehbar.

HOHES VENN

Super Lage, sehr einladende und gemütliche Ferienwohnung. Die Küchenausstattung hat ausgereicht, war aber für umfangreicheres Kochen ein wenig dürftig. Der sehr freundliche Vermieter war für alle Fragen immer schnell ansprechbar. Er versicherte, die Ausstattung zu ergänzen und fragte sogar nach eigenen Wünschen! Der Fahrradweg Vennbahn liegt fußläufig in 3 Min. Entfernung und lange oder kurze Wanderungen im Hohen Venn sind ebenfalls im Umkreis von einigen Kilometern schnell durchführbar. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, in der man sich richtig wohl fühlen kann!
