Maison "Le Vieil Olivier" with Mountain View, Shared Pool, and Wi-Fi

The 78 m² house features a fully equipped kitchen, a private outdoor area with an open-air terrace, and a barbecue (see local regulations). A plancha grill is available for your use. There is a ground-floor bedroom, and air conditioning is installed in both upstairs bedrooms. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor area with a fenced pool and a ping-pong table. For families, young children are provided with a crib, high chair, shared children's books, as well as a swing and slide area. On the property, you’ll find friendly hens happy to receive your organic waste, accompanied by the owners.



Nearby, you can explore the Provençal village of Nyons and its market (every Thursday and Sunday), the Roman town of Vaison-la-Romaine, the Saint-May gorges, Cornillon, Pas des Ondes lake, and Grignan. Two parking spaces are available on the property, along with storage for your bikes and/or motorcycles. Pets are not allowed. Towels are not provided. Guests staying a week or longer are offered a complimentary aperitif. Lunch is available on request for an extra charge. The property offers farm products such as oil, olives, tapenade, nectar, jam, and seasonal fruit. Waste sorting guidelines are provided on site to help protect the environment.

Landschaftlich atemberaubend, abgeschieden, familienfreundlich!

Pros: Dieser Ferienort ist landschaftlich großartig und liegt abgeschieden mitten in der Natur. Die hilfsbereiten Gastgeber sorgen für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt (Appero zum Kennenlernen anderer Gäste, Boule spielen im Hof, kleiner Spielplatz für Kinder), und der Ladenhof bietet eine qualitativ hochwertige Auswahl an Wein, Oliven und Nektarinensaft. In der Umgebung gibt es eine große Bandbreite an Ausflugszielen: Ganz in der Nähe in Sahune sind alle Basis-Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (kleiner Laden, Bäcker, Tankstelle) vorhanden. Weiter gibt es Nyons (ca. 25 Minuten mit dem Auto) mit seinem beeindruckenden Wochenmarkt, ein nahegelegener Badesee, und das saubere Flüsschen Eygues, das zum Baden einlädt. Malerische Dörfer und Städtchen wie Grignan, Montélimar, Poet-Laval, La Garde-Adhémar sowie das Kloster Aiguebelle sind ebenfalls einen Besuch wert. Leider konnten wir die Wandermöglichkeiten wegen der warmen Temperaturen nicht nutzen. Cons: Die Abgeschiedenheit ist in der Regel mit Anfahrtswegen verbunden.
