Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a cosy, comfortably furnished holiday apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.

Our cosy holiday apartment, “Polarstern,” was renovated in 2023 and 2025—including new hardwood flooring (American cherry)—and is centrally located on Poststraße in a renovated historic building from 1912. The large open-concept living/kitchen area gives the holiday rental a spacious feel. It features one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and window, and a hair dryer. The holiday rental measures 55 m² in total and is therefore suitable for 2–4 people.

From the holiday apartment—which is partially located on the lower ground floor yet remains bright—you have direct access to the garden, where a seating area invites you to relax. The apartment is fully equipped with a built-in kitchen and all necessary cooking utensils, as well as a dishwasher and an integrated microwave/grill. There is plenty of space on the corner couch and at the dining table. In addition to the double bed, the bedroom features a fixed children’s bed (a portable baby cot can also be provided upon request for a fee). The living room features a double sofa bed, and cable TV, Wi-Fi, Netflix, and a radio are available.
A parking space at the house is included; maximum car length is 4.80 m. If the vehicle exceeds this length, parking tickets may be issued.

This is a non-smoking apartment; please smoke only on the terrace.

The apartment’s initial supply includes one set of linens per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, tea towels, shower mat).

Bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, shops, post office, bike rental, Alter Strom, etc.—all just around the corner.
