In the complex: reception, restaurant, breakfast room, lounge, sauna, fitness room, steam room, hot tub (all included), spa area for shared use, table tennis, playroom, table football, shopping facilities, lift, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use), ski boot dryer. Breakfast possible. Motor access to the house. 4x4 car recommended in winter. Communal covered parking. E-charging station. Supermarket 100 m, restaurant 50 m, bus stop "Disentis/Mustér, Pendicularas" 50 m, railway station "Disentis" 1.5 km. Cable car, ski lift, skisport facilities, slopes 100 m, ski rental 50 m, ski school, sled run 100 m. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.
