New, recently renovated NON-SMOKING 2-room apartment on the top floor, approx. 40 square metres, with separate apartment and entrance doors. Bedroom with double bed (180x200 cm), closet, bathroom with shower/toilet, sink, TV, living/dining area, pull-out for 1 child, kitchenette: equipped with refrigerator, sink, 2-burner stove, combination convection microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, silverware, pots and pans. Bedding, shower towels, hand towels, and kitchen towels are included in the price.<br><br>The apartment is located outside of Großheide and Berumerfehn. There is a bus stop right nearby, from which you can travel in all directions.<br>We have 1 dog, 1 cat, and 2 large ponies; pony rides are available upon request. <br><br>You can sit outside in the garden. A grill is available for your use. There is ample parking in the yard. Bicycles (various sizes) are available for a small fee. <br><br>The apartment is about 10 km from the North Sea. From the port of Norddeich, you can take a ferry to the islands of Norderney and Juist; from Bensersiel, you can take a ferry to Langeoog, Wangeoog, and Spiekeroog. <br>Aurich is about 20 km away, and Emden is about 30 km away. <br><br>In Großheide, there are Netto, Aldi, Edeka, and other stores. You can find everything you need for daily life. There’s a farmers’ market nearby where you can buy fresh eggs right on the spot.

Spontaner Kurzurlaub

Kleine, frisch renovierte und saubere Wohnung. Wir haben die Wohnung für unseren kurzen und spontanen Urlaub gebucht und genossen. Die Wohnung liegt ca. 15min Fahrt bis zum Norddeich Küste. Die Gastgeberin Doris ist nett und freundlich und hat uns immer ein paar Tipps gegeben wo wir hingehen können und Sehenswürdigkeiten im Norde besuchen. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort sind ca 2-3 min mit Auto zu erreichen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen. Danke Doris.
