Nice villa in Els Poblets with beautiful mediterranean garden and private pool. The villa has 3 bedrooms, one on the upper floor and the other two on the lower floor, and 2 fully equipped bathrooms. For the hot summer nights, the house has air conditioning systems. In the winter the house has a fireplace and central heating. Outside you will find a nice outdoor kitchen for nice barbecues, a cosy terrace and a sun roof terrace on the upper floor. For your car we have a place in a carport, so you can park in shadow. So a perfect place for holidays.

The villa is located in Els Poblets, in the Barranquets area in a south-west facing residential area, quiet and sunny. Only a few minutes walk to the centre of Els Poblets or to the beautiful beach of Els Poblets. Els Poblets has a very good infrastructure with numerous doctors, shopping facilities and restaurants. To Denia it is about 9 km and there is a bus connection. Oliva and La Sella golf are about 25 minutes away.

We would like to inform you that all bookings do not include bed linen and towels. We offer an additional (optional) service of bed linen and towels for only 20 €/person. Would you like to book this additional service or would you like to bring your own bed linen? We are also happy to offer additional pool towels for 10 € extra.

Internet is available free of charge and electricity will be charged at 0,30 €/Kwh after your departure. On the day of your arrival we will go with you to the electricity meter and note the reading and the same on the day of your departure.
A deposit of 200 € by cash/card must be paid as well.
If you bring your little dog you should know that there is an extra cleaning fee of 50 €.
