The living room is beautifully bright and opens onto the terrace. Right next door is the open kitchen, which is fully equipped.<br><br>The bedroom is very spacious and has a barrier-free shower room with a toilet.<br><br>From the entryway, you can access another guest bathroom.<br><br>There are smart TVs in both the living room and the bedroom.<br><br>The ground-floor living area includes the following rooms:<br>- spacious living-dining room with open kitchen<br>- bathroom with accessible shower and toilet<br>- guest restroom<br><br>You can enjoy the afternoon sun on the terrace.<br><br>You can park your car for free in a carport right next to the house.<br><br>Just a few steps from the house is the EDEKA in Walchum, a very well-run medium-sized supermarket. Right next to it is a general practitioner’s office and a physiotherapy practice.<br><br>Just about 2 km away is the HafenCafe, where you can sit right on the water and enjoy a reeeally relaxing view of the harbour basin and the Ems River. They offer a variety of dishes as well as coffee and cake. From around Easter through October, the HafenCafe is currently open on weekends.<br><br>The nearby Ems River is a great place for walking and biking. The Ems Bike Trail is very well known...<br><br>The nearest larger towns with big supermarkets, about 10 km away, are Dörpen, Haren, and Lathen.<br><br>There are SO many options for day trips in the area. And it’s just a little over an hour’s drive to the coast. It’s only about a 30-minute drive to Papenburg, which is well worth a visit, and about 40 minutes to Leer.<br><br>Upon arrival, both beds will be made, and each guest will have one large and one small towel available. Two tea towels are also included in the linens package. Every holiday booking always includes a linens package. <br><br>Only tourist bookings are permitted at this property.<br><br>Group gatherings and parties are not allowed here!<br><br>Pets are not allowed in this holiday rental.<br><br>Of course, smoking is not permitted inside the holiday rental, but it is allowed on the terrace.<br><br>For business bookings of this holiday home lasting longer than 14 days, an interim cleaning service must be booked in advance on a biweekly basis.
