Villa Dalmatia is located in the small Dalmatian town of Brela on the Adriatic coast. Built in a rustic style, the villa exudes Mediterranean relaxation and offers absolute peace and quiet here. The villa was built in 2015 and is ready for occupancy for a maximum of 8 people. Guests have at their disposal 180 m2 of fully air-conditioned space, the total area of the property is 2000 m2. There are 4 bedrooms at your disposal and if necessary, children can use a crib and a feeding trough. Two rooms have their own bathroom with shower and the remaining two rooms share a bathroom, also with shower. Three rooms are located on the upper floor and one on the first floor. The villa also has a washing machine and iron, 2 separate toilets and underfloor heating/cooling. A special advantage is that there is a view of the Adriatic Sea from all bedrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen. On the first floor there is a living room with 2 sofas, a TV and a coffee table. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary for preparing meals and cooking, as well as a dining room with a dining table and seating. On the outdoor terrace there is a beautiful heated pool of 40 m2 and 1.6 meters deep. Next to it there is a lawn with 8 deck chairs for sunbathing and seating in the garden where you can enjoy your morning coffee. Additional equipment of the pool are massage jets. On the terrace there is also an outdoor charcoal or wood grill where you can try the preparation of delicious traditional Dalmatian dishes that will please every palate. You will try the dishes at the outdoor dining table, where you can enjoy entertainment and your favorite company until late at night. There are 4 private parking spaces inside the fenced yard, while there are two more outside. In Brela, besides the beautiful beach, you will find many other interesting activities such as cycling, water sports or simple walks along the seashore. In the surroundings of this quiet place you will find a handful of interesting things and activities to enrich your vacation. If you prefer a more dynamic vacation, rafting on the river Cetina will surely please you. In the nearby town of Tu?epi there is also a real treat for all adventurers ? the zipline, a form of entertainment also known as riding on a steel cable. A little further south is the Biokovo Nature Park, which will please all those who want to hike and enjoy untouched nature. Do not miss a visit to the viewpoint Nebeska shetnica ? Skywalk, one of the most popular tourist attractions in Dalmatia. Near Brela there are numerous other coastal towns full of interesting content and cultural and historical monuments such as Omi?, Makarska or the city center of Split. *The road leading to the villa is not asphalted (gravel), it is 700 meters long and not suitable for low height vehicles. Please note that this accommodation does not accept youth groups or bachelor parties. A youth group in this accommodation consists of people under 30 years old. Do not book this accommodation if you are a youth group or a bachelor party, as your booking will be rejected after booking, which may also be the case upon arrival at the accommodation or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund.
