The open-plan ground floor of the villa consists of an elegant kitchen equipped with everything guests may want during their stay, sun-soaked dining room and a spacious living room perfect for afternoon relaxation. The fully enclosed, 800m2 large yard of the villa features a swimming pool (9.5 x 3.5) surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. Guests can relax in the comfortable outdoor sitting area whilst sipping cool drinks or preparing fresh grilled meals on the outdoor grill. Furthermore, the beautifully landscaped courtyard features a covered dining area for 8 people. The villa also has 4 private parking places.
