Holiday apartment in a fantastic location



The holiday apartment "Sjötomt Vaxholm" promises an exclusive location in the middle of Vaxholm at a water property and about 30 minutes by car away from the city of Stockholm.

You will live at 90 square meters of living space, with a large living room, dining room, fully furnished/equipped kitchen, tiled bathroom with shower and WC as well as two bedrooms with totally 6 places to sleep. A terrace of about 30 square meters with a beautiful view of the "Vaxholmsfjärden" belongs to it. The holiday apartment is integrated into a villa and presents an independent accomodation. It is located on the first floor of the house, facing south toward the sea. The private entrance is on the ground floor from the north side of the house. A free parking spot available.



By means of public transport like bus you will reach the center of Stockholm without any problems. By foot you will reach after 5 minutes a very nice bathing beach and still 5 minutes more the center of Vaxholm and the harbour. (45 min with boat to Stockholm as well as many boats to the archipelago of Stockholm in the summertime.)

A rowing boat with a 4 HP motor (life jackets of various sizes available) can be rented on site for guests with boating experience (1000 SEK/week)

Top Vermieter, freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Wohnung hat alles was es braucht, top Balkon Betten super Küchen Bad ok. Vaxholm als Insel traumhaft, das Kastell ein muss und mit der Fähre nach Stockholm ist Urlaub pur.
