This beautiful holiday rental on the ground floor of a newly built holiday home (completed in May 2018)
is located in the Baltic Sea resort town of Koserow on the island of Usedom. It can accommodate up to 4 people.
Layout of the rooms:
- spacious, light-filled living area with access to the balcony, a cosy sofa corner, and
flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi
- kitchen area with kitchenette (oven, microwave, 4-zone - ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with
freezer compartment, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle) as well as a dining table
- 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink
- 1 bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a closet in the attic
You’ll find a parking space for your car right next to the house. Inside the house, there is a washing machine that can be used with a coin-operated machine. A lockable bike shed is also located right next to the house.
Our property has a total of 6 holiday apartments.
You’ll find parking spaces right next to the house. All apartments feature underfloor heating and free Wi-Fi.
Next to the house is a large, lockable bike storage room. There is also an utility room on the property where you can use a coin-operated washing machine.
Pets (one small dog) are permitted in Apartment 1 and Apartment 2 by arrangement.
Check-in is available from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
