The apartment features two double bedrooms (with space to add a portable cot), a cosy living room with satellite TV, a radio, a dining area, and a kitchenette. Equipped with a stove/oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, and egg cooker. Features a balcony and a shower/toilet. On cooler days, the wood-burning stove provides cosy warmth. Free Wi-Fi. Bed linens and towels are provided. A prepayment may be required. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please note! Keys will be handed over in person on-site at Osserstraße 32, 93462 Lam. Pets are not allowed. The visitor’s tax is charged separately; the rate for adults is 2.00 EUR per day. Children ages 6 and up: 0.80 EUR per day. Effective October 1, 2027, the tourism tax for adults ages 16 and up will increase to 2.80 EUR per person, and for children ages 6–15 to 1.20 EUR per person. The accommodation fee plus the tourist tax must be paid in cash on site. Credit card payments are not accepted.
