The newly built Haffresidenz is located in one of the quietest areas of the Baltic Sea island of Usedom, right next to the Stettiner Haff Nature Park.

Gently surrounded by fragrant pine forests, sweeping cliffs, and mysterious moors, your holiday begins right in the heart of nature.

Nature lovers are welcome guests here and delight in the many protected natural areas that Usedom has to offer. In addition to well-known towns such as the imperial spa town of Heringsdorf and the seaside spa town of Ahlbeck, the island is home to many romantic towns and village communities where you can round off the evening at one of the charming seafood restaurants. During the day, in addition to nature, the island offers a variety of sports and cultural activities, such as golf, water sports, and interesting museums.

The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach of Usedom can be reached via the well-known imperial seaside resorts, which are eight kilometres away and a maximum of 15 minutes by car from us. The Korswandt golf course is 5 kilometres away.

The quaint fishing village of Kamminke, with its beach on the lagoon coast, is right nearby. We highly recommend the open-air restaurant at the harbour for excellent seafood and a spot to enjoy breathtaking sunsets.

Welcome to the TraumHAFFt (4.3) terrace apartment.

With 92 m² of living space, this modernly furnished holiday apartment offers plenty of room for five adults and one child up to 14 years old to enjoy a relaxing holiday on the Szczecin Lagoon on Usedom.

This spacious holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of Building No. 4 (built in 2023; lift available) and features many accessibility-friendly amenities.

The open-concept living area is furnished with a pull-out sofa, an armchair with a footstool, and a smart TV. The living room opens onto the southwest-facing terrace. Enjoy your meals on the furnished terrace with stunning views of the garden. Two additional lounge chairs add to your comfort during the summer months.

The kitchenette features high-quality appliances such as a stove, oven, refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, Nespresso capsule machine, and dishwasher. Ample dishes, silverware, and pots and pans are stored in the cabinets. Gather around the large dining table for breakfast together before a relaxing day of holiday, or wind down the day with a delicious dinner.

A restful night’s sleep is guaranteed in the two bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 x 200 cm). One bedroom is equipped with an additional TV. The sofa bed in the living room can be converted into a bed in no time at all (sleeping area: 160 x 200 cm).

Both fully equipped bathrooms feature a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and hair dryer.

All living and sleeping areas can be completely darkened using exterior blinds. One bedroom window, as well as the windows in the living and dining area, are equipped with insect screens. 

A parking space is available free of charge in front of the holiday home. Additional parking spaces can be requested.

A public charging station for electric cars is located within walking distance, 500 metres away.

The holiday rental offers wireless internet access (Wi-Fi, max. 16 Mbit/s), which you can use free of charge.

Upon request, we can provide a high chair and a travel cot for a fee.

You can securely store your bicycles in the lockable bike storage room.
