This spacious semi-detached house offers approximately 110 m² of living space for six adults and up to two small children. On the terrace, you can barbecue and sunbathe to your heart’s content. To relax, you can use the private beach chair. There is a parking space right in front of the house equipped with a 22 kW wallbox, so electric cars can be charged as well. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the house. With a playground just 100 m away and child-friendly amenities, the house is perfect for a holiday with the whole family.
The house underwent extensive modernization in early 2022. The bathrooms were renovated, new flooring was installed throughout the house, and the bedrooms were furnished with new furniture. Since the house is designed to be allergy-friendly, pets are unfortunately not permitted on the property.
The holiday home is located on a play street in a quiet residential area. The beach is within walking distance—about a 15-minute walk. The seal sanctuary, the swimming pool, shopping options (Netto), and the bakery are also within walking distance.
Roller shutters are installed throughout the house; only the dormer windows in the two upstairs bedrooms have blackout pleated blinds. We also provide two high chairs and two travel cots (including mattresses) free of charge.
The open entryway offers plenty of space to store shoes and jackets. In the adjacent storage closet, guests will find a vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron, a clothes rack, etc., as well as enough space to store their groceries.
In the sunny outdoor area, the terrace is the perfect spot for breakfast. Or you can enjoy the peace and quiet and soak up the sun in the beach chair. In the large storage room, you’ll find plenty of space to store bicycles out of the elements. Also available are a wooden handcart, lounge chairs for sunbathing, a rotary clothesline, sand toys, and a charcoal grill.
