The semi-detached house, tastefully renovated in 2023 and rather inconspicuous from the outside, is located in a quiet residential street in the artichoke metropolis, just 1.5 km from the first sandy beach. Only the ground floor is available to you; the first floor is unoccupied. The apartment is an excellent alternative to a hotel or guest room for people who would like to cater for themselves from time to time or want more privacy and is also a good choice for short trips in the off-season or an extremely pleasant home office. The double bed can be divided into two single beds (0.80 m wide x 2.00 m long). The terrace and the enclosed garden area invite you to relax and have pleasant meals outside. The central location is ideal! The town center (800m) and the first pretty sandy beach (1.5 km) can be reached quickly on foot or by bike. The former episcopal city of Saint-Pol-de-Léon has a lot to offer. From the Kreisker Tower, the highest church tower in Brittany (169 steps), you can enjoy a wonderful view over the entire region. There are countless designated hiking trails all around. There is a colorful market activity on Tuesdays in the small center and on Wednesdays in Roscoff. Boat trips to the nearby island of Batz are offered from the nearby port and health resort of Roscoff, one of the most picturesque places in Northern Brittany. There is, among other things, a beautiful palm garden to visit on the island.
