The "Amunds Koje plus" apartment is one of two holiday rentals in the Schenk holiday home. The apartment has been completely renovated and significantly expanded through an addition. <br><br>The apartment is located entirely at ground level on the ground floor.<br><br>It is well-suited<br>for a family with 2 to 3 children, <br>for 2–4 adults, and also for older guests. <br>for 4 people with a toddler<br><br>The living area is approximately 80 m². The terrace, which is accessible directly from the living room and belongs exclusively to this apartment, is about 16 m² in size.<br><br>Up to 2 dogs are allowed.<br><br>The apartment features <br>- two bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m)<br>- a kitchen<br>- a large living room with a dining area featuring a large dining table; the living room also has a couch that can be used as a bed for 2 people (sleeping area 1.35 m x 2.10 m)<br>- a bathroom with a shower and toilet.<br><br>One of the two bedrooms features a children’s cot (0.60 m x 1.20 m) and a height-adjustable desk with a lockable rolling file cabinet. A travel cot can be added. <br><br>A washing machine is available free of charge.<br>Free Wi-Fi is available.<br><br>The apartment comes with two parking spaces, a terrace, a fenced-in outdoor area for dogs (totaling approximately 110 m²), and a lockable shed (e.g., for storing bicycles); there is an electrical socket in the shed.<br>There is a covered terrace (about 12 m²) on our property, which can be used in rainy weather.<br><br>Behind the house is a small playground with 2 swings, a slide, and a small sandpit (with sand toys). The lawn next to the house is perfect for relaxing, playing ball, and more. <br><br>The house is located on a side street in Burhave, between the town centre and the beach. The beach, the play barn, and the town centre are all about a 5- to 10-minute walk away via quiet side streets.<br>There is a bus stop very close to the house (Strandallee/Tobenweg—free bus service on the “Strandläufer,” Line 400, which usually runs hourly between Nordenham and Tossens). The bus also goes to the beach in Burhave (1 min).<br><br>Visitor’s tax: You can find the amount of the visitor’s tax and related information at butjadingen.de.. Take the train from Bremen to Nordenham; from there, you can ride the “Strandläufer” bus directly to our house for free (with the guest card or the D-Ticket), getting off at the Tobenweg stop.
