A tastefully furnished holiday rental that leaves (almost) nothing to be desired measures approximately 68 m² and has its own entrance. There is a separate children’s room with a bunk bed. Amenities include, among other things, a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, Wi-Fi, colour TV, stereo system, stove with oven, and a bicycle storage room. The large terrace faces the southwest side of the house and is perfect for sunbathing after a day at the beach. Garden furniture is, of course, included. Please bring your own bed linens and towels. A linen package can be rented for €20 per person. A final cleaning fee of €50 may apply, if applicable. If you are bringing pets, there is an additional charge of €10 on top of the final cleaning fee. The property underwent a complete renovation in 2020, which included the installation of a new bathroom and new furniture throughout the apartment.
The new island harbour in Prerow is scheduled to open at the start of the 2024 season. The 720-meter-long bridge will be the longest pier in the Baltic Sea region. Among other features, the new harbour will include a berth for a 28-meter-long sea rescue cruiser operated by the German Maritime Search and Rescue Service (DGzRS), eight berths for local fishermen, and 33 berths for recreational boats seeking shelter. The future harbour building will also feature a rooftop terrace offering a panoramic view of Prerow Bay and the island harbour.

With the construction of the island harbour in Prerow, a ferry connection to the Danish island of Møn (Denmark), Rügen, Usedom, and Hiddensee.
