Well Equipped Home with Hot Tub and decorated backyard.

Spend the day on the water then come home to a relaxing soak in the Hot Tub, have family night in the game room, reflect around the fire pit, or watch a movie on the 75` Smart TV in the family room before retiring to the Master suite with the private bathroom, 55` smart TV and King size bed. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen Bed. The 3rd bedroom has a Full over Queen bunk bed and a twin Futon bed and 55` TV and can sleep 5 comfortably. You can also use the queen sofa bed in the family room for extra sleeping capacity.

Time to make some memories!
● The NEIGHBORHOOD quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
● We do not allow parties in the home. Please keep all noise levels appropriate to not disturb the neighbors.
● No smoking inside; you may use the area on the south or north side of the house far enough away that smoke will not get sucked in by the AC or windows.
● No illegal substances are allowed.
● No candles or other open flames in the house.
● Please make sure your shoes are clean inside the home.
● Please throw waste in the outside trash can provided when inside garbage cans are full.
● Visitors are allowed.
● Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the property.
● If you break or damage something, please let us know and together we can arrange for its replacement or repair.
● Pets are not allowed.

• Please add detergent to washer and start a load of towels, put rest of towels in the bathtub/shower
• If you used any of the fold out sofa beds, please leave the used ones open so we know we need to wash the linens. • Please remove lint from the lint trap in dryer if used • Shut all Windows
• Turn thermostat to 75 degrees • Make sure the cover is on the Hot Tub and latched • Message us on your reservation platform letting us know you have left
