Die Wohnung allgemein ist weitestgehend sauber und ok. Sie ist aber kleiner als die Fotos wirken. Das Bad ist auch sehr klein. Kleine Ausstattungsdetails wie Besen, Kehrblech, Wäscheständer u.a. wären nett gewesen

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage, aber

Das Schlafsofa war für uns völlig ungeeignet, so dass wir die Etagenbetten (Achtung sehr kurz, ca. 1,80 m, aber zwei ohne Abtrennung hintereinander, so dass es sich mit unterschiedlich großen Menschen oder Kindern wohl ganz ordentlich schlafen lässt) genutzt haben. Wie auf den Bildern erkennbar Blick auf den innenliegenden Parkplatz. Wohnung an sich sehr hübsch, nur leider nicht sehr sauber, staubig. Das Geschirr und Besteck fand sich schmutzig im Schrank, so dass wir mit Benutzung der Spülmaschine begonnen haben. Wenn auch für mehr als 70€ Endreinigung für 45 qm vom Vermittler erwartet wird, dass NICHTS in der Spülmaschine verbleiben darf, ansonsten dafür eine Strafgebühr erhoben wird. Selbst erzeugte Probleme. Selbstverständlich entsorgen wir unseren Müll selbst und ziehen auch die Betten ab. Das war übrigens eine nette Überraschung: Betten waren bezogen 😀 Großes Manko: zugesicherter Parkplatz war wegen Bauarbeiten an der Zufahrt nur bedingt nutzbar. Keine Info seitens des Vermittlers.
