Warnemünde

Die gebuchte Wohnung im Erdgeschoss, die wir mit unserem Hund beziehen wollten, stand 1 Woche vorher nicht mehr zur Verfügung. Ich bekam ein Anruf von der Agentur Favorent wo mir eine Dame mitteilte, dass die Wohnung kein Bad hat und uns dann die Dachgeschoss Wohnung anbot. In den Reisedokumenten für die Dachgeschoss Wohnung gab es keine Option mehr Stellplatz und Haustiere. Somit sind wir ohne unsere Labradorhündin angereist. Vor und während der Reise hatte ich mehrfach versucht Kontakt zur Agentur aufzunehmen, sodass ich das Geld für nicht geleistete Leistungen (Stellplatz und Haustier) zurückbekomme. Bis heute habe ich die Agentur mehrfach kontaktiert, aber es wird einfach ausgesessen. Keine Reaktion. Fazit die Unterkunft war wirklich super schön, aber der Service ist das absolut schlechteste was ich bisher erlebt habe.
