Ferienwohnung 3 - Villa Gundula

The holiday rental is located on the mezzanine level, measures approximately 36 square metres, and is well-suited for 1 to 2 people. It consists of a combined living room and bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, couch, and TV, as well as a separate kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and a refrigerator. The bathroom features a shower and a toilet.
The holiday rental includes a balcony and a parking space on the property directly next to the house. The local tourist tax is to be paid on site.
A maximum of one small dog is allowed in Apartment 3. Guinea pigs and birds may also be brought along in cages. Cats are not permitted. A fee applies for bringing a pet.



Villa Gundula is located in a quiet and prime residential area in the Baltic Sea resort town of Zinnowitz. Following extensive restoration and renovation work, the building has been revitalised and, with its four individually and lovingly furnished holiday apartments, now offers guests an ideal atmosphere for relaxation and well-being, as well as a perfect base for exploring the island of Usedom. The apartments are located on the ground floor (Apartment 4), the mezzanine (Apartment 3), the 1st floor (Apartment 2), and the 2nd floor (Apartment 1). Each apartment comes with a parking space. There is a lockable room on the property where you can store your bicycles upon request.
Bed linens are included in the total price. Towels can be booked for an additional fee or brought from home.
A maximum of one small dog is allowed in holiday apartments 2 and 3. Guinea pigs and birds may also be brought along if kept in a cage. Cats are not permitted. There is a fee for bringing a pet.



Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
