The only positive was the nice lady at the front desk, who was very understanding when we checked out right after checking in. We chose this hotel because it had a pool, and the pictures made it seem like a nice enough place to stay a couple of nights. The pool was green (my kids were very disappointed) and the room had a strong mildew/ammonia smell. Every surface was visibly dirty and nasty. For example, there was (what appeared to be) blood splattered around the sink. The linens and floor felt damp. Waiting for my refund!
