It was a very nice stay, there were quite a few bugs that got into the cabin even though we were very careful about not leaving the doors open. Although the sunset is beautiful it would be helpful to have some kind of shade so you can use the front porch. I would definitely recommend doing the 4 wheeler guided tour. Scenery is breathtaking

This cabin is tucked away in a secluded, wooded area, and we do have professional pest control performed monthly. Unfortunately, being surrounded by nature means that an occasional bug may still find its way inside despite our preventative treatments. The cabin also sits along the ridgeline, where winds are regularly quite strong. Because of this, we’re unable to safely place a sunshade or patio umbrella on the front porch, as the wind can easily damage or carry them away. We appreciate your understanding—being secluded in the woods is part of what makes this location so peaceful, but it does come with a few elements of nature that are outside of our control.
