An exclusive and spacious holiday apartment awaits you on the upper floor and top floor of an old warehouse. The character of the historic building blends seamlessly with a stylish and modern living environment. Approx. 80 m² of living space is complemented by unique furnishings.
The terrace, completed in 2022, is located next to the apartment’s entrance.
On the ground floor, you’ll find the spacious country-style kitchen with an open living area. In addition to the cooking island with an oven, the kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, and espresso machine. In the beautiful living area, two floral sofas, an armchair, a TV, and a fireplace invite you to relax.
A sliding door leads to the first bedroom, which features a double waterbed, a TV, and a fireplace, as well as an adjoining bathroom with a large shower, toilet, and sink.
From the living area, an oak staircase leads to the upper attic area. With its old oak beams and plenty of nostalgic charm, this space features a reading nook and play area.
Adjacent to this is the second bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, and TV. A sliding door leads to the second bathroom, which has a bathtub, toilet, and sink.
The train station is just 1 km away, and from the Münster Albachten stop, you can reach city centre Münster in 6 minutes. Visit the city of the Peace of Westphalia and stroll through the Prinzipalmarkt with its beautiful building facades.
