The holiday rental features a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, etc.) with a dining area. On the lower floor, there is a spacious entryway, a bathroom, and the kitchen-dining area. On the upper floor, there are 4 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed, plus a sink. There are also 2 bathrooms, each with a shower, toilet, and sink.



In the coat closet, you’ll find a ski boot heater and a drying room.



Haus Kummerer is located right next to the Salvista Cable Car’s valley station and right on the ski slope.
The location is uniquely peaceful on the sunny Itter plateau—in the heart of the Kitzbühel Alps and right in the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser–Brixental ski area.
