Welcome to our beautiful chalet “Aan het Water,” built in 2022, on a sunny, fully fenced lot of approximately 390 m². Our chalet is located directly on the park’s inland waterway and offers you a unique setting.<br><br>The park has been redesigned and modernised over the past three years and features an outdoor swimming pool and a large children’s playground. The park is located on the IJssel River and has its own marina and sandy beach. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the grounds are very well maintained. There are great playgrounds for children. There is a small fitness area with modern exercise equipment and a wellness area with a sauna.<br><br>The kitchen in our chalet is fully equipped with an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a Senseo coffee maker. The living room features a cosy double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV with German channels, and a dining area. Large windows with a big sliding door offer a magnificent view of the park’s inland waters.<br>The chalet has two bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), a wardrobe, and reading lamps. The chalet can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet, as well as an additional guest toilet.<br>Additional amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, central heating, a vacuum cleaner, and a first-aid kit.<br>Outside, you’ll find a fenced-in property with a garden, patio furniture, a lawn for sunbathing, and a terrace. The body of water is about 100 metres wide and has pleasantly clear water, where you can swim, fish, or water-ski to your heart’s content. The park’s own marina features full-service berths for all types of boats and can accommodate around 170 sailboats and motorboats. All berths are equipped with electricity and water connections in the immediate vicinity.<br>There are plenty of opportunities for relaxation here. Enjoy green landscapes stretching to the horizon and marvel at waterfowl, cows, and sheep. From the deck of your boat, you can relax in the sun and take in the surroundings. Become one with the magnificent nature of the Veluwe and discover the numerous castles and estates in the Achterhoek, as well as the winding dikes and rivers in the Rivierenland.<br>The car ferry from Olburgen to Dieren connects the two nature reserves, the Achterhoek and the Veluwe.<br>The romantic IJssel towns of Hasselt, Zwolle, Kampen, Deventer, Doesburg, and Zutphen are within easy reach. Nijmegen is the oldest city in the Netherlands due to its Roman origins. Here you’ll find impressive historic buildings, centuries-old squares, and the Netherlands’ oldest shopping street: the Lange Hezelstraat, where you can stock up on souvenirs, jewellery, clothing, and cheese. The city of Arnhem is known for its spectacular Burgers’ Zoo. But Arnhem is also a fashion hub and has its own “Fashion Quarter.” There are several fascinating museums to visit.<br>The province of Gelderland has a lot to offer in terms of cuisine, with a high concentration of gourmet restaurants.
