Wir waren mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es durchaus auch nochmal buchen. Der Ort Zaton ist ein kleines Fischerdorf mit ein paar Café's am Wasser paar Restaurants, einem kleinen Konzum Laden, einer Bäckerei etc.. 1,6 km links am Wasser vorbei gab es eine Bademöglichkeit mit Café, wir waren jedoch des öfteren in Vodice oder Murter, da gab es wunderschöne Strände.Einziges minus, in der Beschreibung stand eine Grill Möglichkeit, die war nicht vorhanden.

Gute Infrastruktur im Ort (2 Restaurants, davon eines sehr zu empfehlen, eine Bäckerei, zwei kleine Dorfläden) in 5 Min. fußläufig. Nur 10 min. zu Supermarkt und anderen Shops. 15 min. nach Sibenik (sehr sehenswert), eine Stunde nach Trogir und Split und Zadar.Nationalpark Krka in 25 min. erreichbar. Insel Murter mit wunderschönen Stränden in 30 min. erreichbar. Das Apartment ist geräumig mit zwei Terrassen, man kann je nach Tageszeit und Sonneneinstrahlung wechseln.Im Wohnraum gibt es eine Klimaanlage, in den Schlafzimmern LEIDER nur Ventilatoren (Aufrüstung geplant), also sehr warme Nächte im Sommer programmiert. Das erste Schlafzimmer ist neu eingerichtet, das zweite Schlafzimmer hat schlechte Matratzen. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist nicht gut (zu teuer).Trotzdem empfehlenswert.
