Villa Simona Residence is located near Rovinj and is an excellent choice for a relaxing holiday. The modern villa with pool offers four bedrooms for eight guests.

There are three bedrooms on the first floor. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Each room has its own bathroom, TV and is air-conditioned. All rooms have access to the shared balcony, where you can relax with a view of the garden with pool and the greenery surrounding the villa. The fourth room is located on the ground floor and has its own bathroom, TV and is air-conditioned. On the ground floor there is also a living room with fireplace and TV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, which are connected in an open-space concept. This area is also air-conditioned and ideal for your holidays. The large garden offers various places to relax. First and foremost is a private pool with sun loungers. Relax from swimming and sunbathing on the shaded part of the terrace. Next to the villa there is also a covered dining area with a dining table and barbecue where you can try out your cooking skills. The property is completely fenced and has a private car park for 3 cars. The villa is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Istria, close to three charming medieval towns - minj, Svetvinenat and Kanfanar. You can explore the countryside by bike or on foot. You can sample traditional Istrian cuisine in many local restaurants. If you want to prepare some of the local dishes yourself, you can buy many of the groceries directly from the locals. For guests who like seafood, the nearby Lim Channel is a must with a rich supply of fish and famous shellfish such as mussels and oysters. If you want to experience the hustle and bustle of the town, Rovinj, once a fishing village and now one of the most famous tourist centres, is only 15 minutes away by car. In the surroundings of Rovinj you can find hiking and cycling trails, enjoy various water sports and sunbathe on beautiful beaches. Other interesting tourist destinations such as Pore, Novigrad or Pula are also not far away.
