With plenty of natural light, a cosy interior, and 77 square metres of space for up to 6 people, our house is the perfect place to spend your holiday with family or friends.<br><br>On the ground floor, a spacious entryway welcomes you and leads directly into the heart of the house: the living room. Here, a cosy sofa, two ottomans, and a large dining table invite you to spend relaxing hours—whether enjoying meals together, game nights, or simply reading a good book.<br>The open, well-equipped kitchenette allows you to prepare your own meals exactly as you like.<br>Convenient: A guest bathroom and a storage room with a washing machine perfectly round out the ground floor.<br><br>A charming wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where two lovingly furnished bedrooms and a bathroom await you.<br>The master bedroom, featuring a double bed (180x200 single mattresses) and a closet, promises restful nights, while the second bedroom, with two single beds and additional storage space, is ideal for children or friends.<br>Another wooden staircase leads you to the attic, where a third bedroom with two more single beds is located—perfect for a quiet retreat or peaceful sleep.<br><br>The small but charming bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink—everything you need for a comfortable stay.<br><br>Enjoy the fresh air and sunshine on the terrace or in your own small garden area.<br>Your private parking space provides added convenience, while the house’s quiet location offers the perfect combination of relaxation and a connection to nature.<br><br>Die Seemöwe—a place where holiday dreams come true, where peace and joy go hand in hand, and where every moment becomes a special experience.<br><br>Wi-Fi is a complimentary amenity and is neither part of the offer nor a guaranteed feature of the holiday rental. Due to temporary disruptions, there may be exceptional cases where Wi-Fi or internet access is unavailable. Please take this into account when making your reservation. This does not constitute a defect.<br><br>High-quality premium bed linens and towels must be booked separately as linen packages. You’ll need one linen package per person.<br>Each premium bedding package contains: 1x set of high-quality premium bedding, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one fitted sheet per bed<br>Each premium towel set contains: 1x large bath towel, 1 small hand towel, as well as, per holiday rental (regardless of the number of linens packages booked): 1 shower mat (per bathroom), 2x tea towels<br><br>The municipal guest fee (visitor’s tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The guest fee is assessed and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax depends on the respective rate schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travellers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons.
