Welcome to the Haffresidenz.

The newly built Haffresidenz is located in one of the quietest areas of the Baltic Sea island of Usedom, right next to the Stettiner Haff Nature Park.

Gently surrounded by fragrant pine forests, sweeping cliffs, and mysterious moors, your holiday begins right in the heart of nature.

Nature lovers are always welcome here and can enjoy the many nature reserves that Usedom has to offer. In addition to well-known towns such as the imperial spa town of Heringsdorf or the seaside health resort of Ahlbeck, the island is home to many romantic towns and village communities where you can round off the evening at one of the charming seafood restaurants. During the day, in addition to nature, the island offers a variety of sports and cultural activities, such as golf, water sports, and interesting museums.

Usedom’s fine-sand Baltic Sea beach can be reached via the famous imperial spas, which are eight kilometres away and a maximum of 15 minutes by car from us. The Korswandt golf course is 5 kilometres away.

The quaint fishing village of Kamminke, with its beach on the lagoon coast, is right nearby. We highly recommend the open-air restaurant at the harbour for excellent seafood and a spot to enjoy breathtaking sunsets.

Welcome to the 5-star Moin Moin apartment (3a.7).

With 61 m² of living space, this modernly furnished holiday apartment offers plenty of room for three adults and one toddler up to two years old (in a cot) to enjoy a relaxing holiday on the Szczecin Lagoon on Usedom.

This spacious holiday apartment is located on the ground floor (lift available) of Building 3a, built in 2023, and features many accessible amenities.

The open-concept living area is furnished with a sofa, an armchair, a smart TV with free access to the Disney Plus streaming service, and a Blu-ray player. The living room opens onto the southwest-facing balcony. The balcony, equipped with seating and an electric grill, offers stunning views of the park and is a wonderful place to enjoy your meals and admire the scenery. Enjoy the opportunity to listen to your personal music selection via the USB port on the DAP/Internet radio.

The kitchenette features high-quality appliances such as a stove, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, microwave, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dishwasher. Ample dishes, cutlery, and pots and pans are stored in the cabinets. Gather around the dining table for breakfast together before a relaxing day on holiday.

A restful night’s sleep is guaranteed in the high-quality double bed (180 x 200 cm). There is another TV in the bedroom. The sofa bed in the living room can be converted into a bed in no time at all (sleeping area: 160 x 200 cm).

The fully equipped bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and hair dryer.

The living and sleeping areas can be completely darkened using exterior blinds. The windows are equipped with insect screens.

Your dog, weighing up to 15 kg, is welcome here. Out of consideration for other guests, we ask that you keep your dog on a leash within the resort grounds. Outside our property, wide fields and meadows offer plenty of space for your dog to run freely and safely. Please remember to include your dog when making your reservation.

A free parking space is available in front of the holiday home. Additional parking spaces can be requested.
