Wir haben eine Woche Urlaub gebucht in der Ferienwohnung " Leuchtturm". Der Aufenthalt war Spitze, die Ferienwohnung war fantastisch. Jedoch sind zwei Dinge zubemängeln. 1. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer war nicht ganz so gut. Das Kopfteil ( die Lehne) war locker und machte bei jeder Bewegung Geräusche, sodass man ständig aufwachte wenn sich einer umgedreht hat. 2. Der Kühlschrank, dieser war nach jeder Öffnung so laut das man immer die Küchentür schließen musste. Gerne würden wir wieder mal Urlaub bei ihnen buchen und werden Sie weiter empfehlen.Mit freundlichen Grüßen Frau Jahn

Der Check in war sehr unfreundlich und vorwurfsvoll. Trotz vorheriger Kontakaufnahme zum Vermieter und Angabe aller reisenden Personen, waren leider keine gebuchten Sachen, wie Servicepaket und Kurkarten vor Ort. Nach telefonischer unfreundlicher Rücksprache, haben wir es dann wiederwillig erhalten. Leoder haben wir aich keine Quottung oder ählixhes über die, vor ort bezahlten Leistungen, erhalte .Es erfolgte keine Vermittlung vom zentralen Bearbeiter der Rostocker Gesellschaft für Tourismus. Es gab keine Parkmöglichkeit zum Be- und Entladen bei An- und Abreise. Wir musssten uns von der Hausdame zurechtweisen lassen, obwohl wir keinerleih weiteren information vom Vermiter oder ähnliches bekommen haben. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumigt und nah am strand gelegen. DieKüche ist funktionell eingerichteten und erfüllt ihren Zweck. Auf Grund der sehr schlechten Kommunikation werden wir diese Ferienwohnung nicht noch einmal buchen.

Die Lage des Appartements ist top. Ausstattungsmäßig ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Es ist relativ ruhig, da im einer verkehrsarmen Gegend gelegen. Außerdem ist es sauber und eine persönliche Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort falls man irgendwelche Belange hat.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in sehr guter Lage

Es war wie immer sehr schön in Warnemünde. Von der Ferienwohnung aus war alles auf kurzen Wegen zu Fuss zu erreichen . Strand, Einkaufen, Restaurants, wir kommen gerne wieder

Die Vermieterin war sehr unfreundlich, wir konnten arbeits- und schulbedingt erst abends anreisen und ich wurde dafür von ihr beschimpft wie ein kleines Kind, obwohl in der ganzen E-mail Kommunikation nur Anreise ab 15 Uhr stand. Habe ich noch nie erlebt. Ich habe die Frau nicht persönlich gesehen. Üblich ist, d man durch Schlüsselsafe oder ähnliches hinein kann, das ging nicht. Eine andere Urlauberin musste lange vor der Tür warten, bis eine Angestellte kam, um ihr aufzuschließen. Wäschepaket habe ich nachgebucht, weil das bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich war. Parkhaus (10Euro pro Tag, muss in bar vor Ort bezahlt werden) wurde auch nicht vorher kommuniziert, habe ich vor Ort nachgebucht, ist einen kurzen Laufweg entfernt. An der Straße parken ist nicht möglich. Die Wohnung war in Ordnung. In der Küche fehlen Schalldämpfer an den Schränken, es standen schmutzige Gläser in den Schränken, bei der Bettwäsche fehlte der korrekte Kissenbezug, wurde nachgereicht. Es ist ja nicht gerade preiswert in Warnemünde, ein bisschen mehr Freundlichkeit hätte nicht geschadet
