The apartment complex is not far from the shores of the lake of the same name, at an altitude of nearly 1,000 metres, nestled in the unique hilly and wooded landscape of the low mountain range.

The approximately 42m² apartment features
- a cosy living and dining room with a high-quality sofa bed (140x200cm) that converts into a comfortable bed, a dining area for 4 people, and a flat-screen TV.
- an open kitchenette with a refrigerator including a freezer compartment, a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, oven, electric kettle, toaster, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, and basic kitchen amenities
- a bedroom with a box-spring bed (180x200 cm), a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV.
- a bathroom with a sink, walk-in shower, and toilet
- a hallway with a coat rack

Both the bedroom and the living room have large, light-filled windows and offer direct access to the balcony, which features a beautiful view.

The Schluchseer Jägersteig is a premium hiking trail with magnificent views of Lake Schluchsee.

The apartment is easily accessible by car via Federal Highway 500 or by train through Freiburg, followed by the Höllental or Drei-Seen-Bahn rail lines. From the Schluchsee train station, it’s about a 15-minute walk to the apartment.

You’ll find places to shop for daily necessities in Schluchsee or in the surrounding area. In just 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot, you’ll reach an Edeka supermarket with an attached bakery.

Thanks to the Konus Card, which is included with this holiday rental, you can explore the Black Forest by bus and train for free. This allows you to travel comfortably to Freiburg or Titisee. You can reach the Schluchsee train station from the apartment building in just a few minutes.
