This cosy holiday home is a single-story end-of-row bungalow with approximately 70 m² of living space and upscale amenities. <br><br>It features a large living room with an adjoining kitchen and a sunroom that houses the dining area. <br><br>The house also features a hallway, a bathroom with natural light, a shower, a sink, and a toilet, as well as two bedrooms—one of which is the master bedroom with a double bed, and a children’s room with two single beds. <br>This allows a total of 4 people to relax comfortably without any space constraints. <br><br>Please bring your own bed linens and towels. <br><br>The terrace, which opens off the large panoramic windows in the living room, leads out to the garden and the lawn. <br>Here you’ll also find a grill and sun loungers. <br>A parking space near the house is provided, as are a flat-screen satellite TV, a stereo system with CD player, and a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge-freezer, stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, hand blender, and plenty of dishes. <br><br>Wi-Fi included! <br><br>Utility costs (electricity, sewer/water, heating) will be billed based on your personal usage (= metre readings) and deducted from the security deposit after your departure.<br><br>You may optionally book a pet for an additional fee. <br>Please understand that we can only accept pets that are clean and well-behaved. <br>Pets are not allowed on the beds.<br><br>The photos shown may be examples.
