Step away from the fast and busy pace of the city while relaxing on the back patio listing to the birds, frogs and watching the sun set to the west. This property is located minutes from Cherry Point Beach, Lake Terrill and Birch Bay State Park. 20 minutes to St Joseph Hospitals. The home has its own washer, dryer, hot tub, BBQ, smart tv, starlink internet service, extra detached bedroom with two single/child beds and much more. Experience what Ferndale has to offer with a stay at our farmhouse.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please check in no earlier than 4pm on the arrival day.
Please checkout no later than 10am on your departure day.
Please load washer with dirty towels, start washing machine, load dishwasher, start dishwasher, take out trash, put away extra bedding.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please do not adjust the temperature on the hot tub. Doing these may change the mode on the hot tub and will affect the cycle.
Please shower before entering hot tub, oil’s and make up will affect the water quality.
Please cover hot tub after use, small children who are not potty trained are not allowed in the hot tub.
