Die Wohnung lag sehr zentral. Ich musste für meinen Wagen einen Tiefgaragenplatz dazu anmieten, da zur Wohnung kein Parkplatz gehörte. Die Tiefgarage war glücklicherweise nur 200 Meter entfernt. DIe Strandpromenade und die Fußgängerzone nur 100 Meter.Mit der Gestaltung der Wohnung war ich zufrieden bis auf das Tierfell vor dem SofaKleine Mängel waren die leeren Batterien in der TV Fernbedienung. Zu dem hatte eine Lampe im Schlafzimmer einen Wackelkontakt. Bei der Beleuchtung in der Dunstabzugshaube war eine Glühbirne defekt. Da hatten wohl Vormieter keine Lust die Mängel zu melden.
