The 75 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 3 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, three fans, and a washing machine. A crib and high chair are also available for little ones.



Enjoy the shared outdoor facilities during your stay: a pool shared with the host (open from May to September 15), a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower. Please note, the pool may be unavailable due to drought restrictions imposed by Andalusia and/or local authorities.



Public transport connections are within walking distance, and a tennis court is 15 minutes away on foot. Free street parking is available.



Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. The property has step-free access and interiors; however, the bathroom is not adapted for guests with reduced mobility.



Security cameras and/or audio recording devices are on the premises. Beach/pool towels are provided. There is parking space for motorcycles and bicycles. The property uses energy-efficient lighting and is partially powered by photovoltaic panels.
