Very nice two-room apartment with a balcony facing south/east on the 2nd floor (No lift)

- Living room: sofa bed, flat-screen TV, radio,
- Dining area: with 4 chairs
- Kitchen: ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with 3-star freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker.
- Bedroom: has no interior doors!! Double bed, TV
- Bathroom: shower/toilet
- Hallway: built-in closet.

- No smoking
- No dogs
- Building entrance next to the hotel entrance (small side entrance door) 2nd floor: enter the covered walkway, take the first door on the left

- Wi-Fi: free
- Parking space: No. 30
- Covered bike parking next to the building and a lockable bike storage room for general use behind the main entrance.
- Washing machine: for general use in the attic—you can get change and the key between 11:00 - 12:00 at the building superintendent’s office
- Beach chair: no

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Die Treppenstufen zum 2. Stock kommen einen gar nicht so viel vor. Die Ausfahrt vom Parkplatz ist eng, da muss man gut aufpassen, dass man nicht an die Mauern kommt. Die Lage ist super nur zum empfehlen.
