ELISAS PLACE, located in the “Herz von Kellenhusen” holiday apartment complex, is an exclusive holiday home on the Baltic Sea—right in the heart of Kellenhusen.
To get to the restaurant—our favourite Italian spot—just take the lift down one floor to the ground level of the building. Fresh rolls are available at the bakery right next door.
From here, it’s just a few steps to the pier and the Baltic Sea beach. You couldn’t ask for more if you’re looking to experience the “heart of Kellenhusen.”
High-quality furnishings and attention to detail make this apartment a place where you’ll feel right at home.
It’s perfect for a holiday as a couple, for small families, or with friends. ELISAS PLACE is also the ideal spot for a “workation” where one person can focus on work.
A special feature: the art collection featuring 13 works by young artists from Europe.
The 65-square-meter apartment features a bedroom, a bathroom with a sauna and shower, an open-concept living and dining area, a balcony, and an utility room.
In the cosy bedroom with a box-spring bed (available in firmness levels H2 and H3) and a closet, you’ll find peace and quiet, and plenty of space for your holiday wardrobe.
The high-quality sleeper sofa in the living area converts in seconds into an additional sleeping space (140x200) for two.
The bathroom is like a small oasis of well-being with a walk-in rain shower and a sauna.
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking together. In the open-concept living and dining area, you’ll find a dining table with two chairs and a comfortable bench.
On the balcony, you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun.
The cosy couch and armchair with a footstool are perfect for relaxing. Entertainment options include a TV with streaming capabilities, coffee-table books, and games. In the utility room, you’ll find laundry and ironing equipment, a microwave, a cot (70x140), and a high chair, as well as space for your luggage.
The apartment includes an underground parking space. The entrance has a clearance height of 2.15m.

ELISAS PLACE (Herz von Kellenhusen 13) was the first of these two wonderful apartments owned by the hosts that I booked. They’ve even thought so much about our furry friends. This apartment is modern, lovingly decorated, very practical, and so beautifully furnished. The decor, the pictures—the whole interior—is right up my alley. I’m really looking forward to my next booking.

We had a wonderful week in the holiday rental. The apartment is very nice; only the metal furniture in the bedroom is a bit of a drawback. The location of the holiday rental is perfect—central and quiet. We’ll be back and have already booked. Thank you to the host and the Quartierfreund team.
