Perched atop one of the highest points in Falmouth Heights, this beautifully renovated, 2BR/2BA cottage offers spectacular panoramic views of Vineyard Sound and Martha’s Vineyard.

Enjoy spectacular panoramic views of Vineyard Sound and Martha’s Vineyard from the home’s expansive shared ocean-view deck with outdoor dining.

Solo Stove fire pit, Weber gas grill, and outdoor shower are all available.

Inside are hardwood floors throughout, a modern kitchen with granite countertops, seating for 4 on the island, stainless steel appliances, and a large dining table with bench seating. Living area with large sofa. A full bathroom and washer/dryer complete the first floor.

The master bedroom includes a queen bed with double dresser and large closet. The second bedroom offers full-over-full bunk beds and large closet. A second full bathroom completes the second floor.

Washer/dryer, gas heat, high-speed Wi-Fi, in window AC units, and ample off-street parking. Pets welcome.

Please note: The cottage is attached to a separate neighboring unit, and the two homes share the expansive ocean-view deck. Both households have access to the deck, and we ask that guests be respectful of one another while enjoying this beautiful outdoor space.

Peaceful neighborhood with stunning views. Just a short walk to Falmouth Heights Beach, Falmouth Yacht Club, Casino Wharf Dining, Shipwrecked Restaurant, Black Dog Heights Café, and the Island Queen ferry.
