Tudo de bom

Ja aluguei esta casa 3 vezes. Minha família amou. Alem de tudo que envolve a area de laser,cozinha ampla e utensilios bons, e estrutura geral nos quartos e banheiros é excelente, os donos são muito flexíveis. A casa fica a uma quadra da praia e do rio jacuipe, o banho de mar é bom pela manha , mas à tarde a maré é muito forte, dependendo do dia fica perigoso. Bom para pescar à noite. Condominio tem ronda 24h muito seguro.

Muito satisfeita.

Casa boa. Comodos grandes. Condominio tranquilo, bom para uma caminhada. Mercadinho dentro dele, super pratico. Fomos em tres familias de Feira e todos se acomodaram satisfatoriamente. Piscina e campinho bom pra criancas. Proprietario muito atencioso. Super recomendo!!!

A estadia foi muito agradável., o condominio com segurança 24h e muita área de lazer. Fica perto das prais de Guarajuba e Itacimirim.

Casa Espetacular.

A casa e o condomínio me supreenderam. O S quartos são bastantes amplos e com solit,, a área de lazer da casa também é muito boa (piscina, churrasqueira e campinho de futebol.

Excelente estadia

Fomos de Goiânia sem visitar a casa e nos surpreendemos positivamente. A casa é confortável e muito boa para idosos pois tem quarto e sanitario muito bons no térreo. O proprietário muito educado e atencioso.

DISTÂNCIA PRAIA 600MTS - 4X MAIOR QUE INFORMADA

ACOMODAÇÕES: POS: * A aparência é boa. * Piscina também é boa. * Foi indicada pessoa para cuidar da casa, que já está acostumada, isso facilitou a estadia. CONTRA: * Não imagino de onde o proprietário tirou essa distância de 150MTS da praia. Em busca do google/maps em linha reta a distância deu 350MTS e pelo menor caminho a pé para a praia são 600MTS. QUARTOS/SUÍTES: POS: * Os quartos são grandes e muito bons, existem ar condicionado e ventilador em pelo menos 4 destes. CONTRA: * A água do chuveiro é fraca e o chuveiro virado para a parede, dá preguiça de tomar banho. * Pelo menos 2 boxes estavam estragados. * Existe um corredor que é considerado um quarto, mais parece uma passagem.
