The apartment with a balcony is located on the upper floor of the apartment building in a prime location near the lake dike and beach access.
The Ordinger sandy beach and the Kurwald forest are just a few minutes’ walk away. A bus stop is about 120 m from the apartment. Thanks to the apartment’s convenient location, (almost) all amenities are just a short walk away.

The sandy beach in the Ording district, popular with beachgoers and water sports enthusiasts, is about a 600-meter walk away. The train station and the spa center in the Bad district—featuring the Dünentherme, the pier, Gosch, restaurants, and shops—are also within a short walking distance. About 400 m away, you’ll find the beautiful Kurwald forest, a large forest playground, and the dunes.
