Your holiday home is a historically protected, renovated manor house with comfortable holiday apartments. we are renting out the lovely one-bedroom apartment No. 13 on the top floor, with a view of the village, the surrounding meadows, and the sculpture park adjacent to the house.
A quick note for our guests: Bed linens & towels are not included but can be booked for an additional fee. The manor house, overlooking the Salzhaff, is idyllically nestled between fields, the Salzhaff, and the Baltic Sea in the Mecklenburg countryside. Cyclists and hikers, as well as water sports enthusiasts and those seeking peace and quiet, will particularly enjoy this setting. The Baltic Sea Cycle Route passes right within sight of the house. A beautiful avenue of linden trees leads straight to the property. The adjoining park features sculptures by renowned artists from the region, and the neighbouring forest blooms profusely with white flowers in the spring. You won’t want to miss this.
The house is located in Blengow, a very quiet area of Rerik. A beautiful path leads from here to the Salzhaff. It’s about 2.5 km to the Baltic Sea, following the Salzhaff. Rerik is a small town with many shops and nice restaurants. You can take return cruises on the Salzhaff aboard an excursion boat. The Salzhaff is ideal for sailors and beginner surfers.
Enjoy the view of the beautiful Salzhaff from the sunbathing lawn, surrounded by a picturesque landscape of expansive meadows, fields, and forests.
A hiking trail leads directly to the Salzhaff and the Baltic Sea beach. A bike rental shop in the Baltic Sea resort will be happy to provide you with bikes. You can enquire about prices on-site with the housekeeper.
Rerik is unique among our Baltic Sea resorts. Thanks to the Wustrow Peninsula, this headland offers access to the Salzhaff and the open Baltic Sea. At the beautifully landscaped Haffplatz, you can enjoy both views of the water. Many restaurants invite you to linger.
The Baltic Sea resort strings together like a pearl on a string between the Hase River town of Wismar, Poel Island, the Baltic Sea resorts of Kühlungsborn and Heiligendamm, all the way to Warnemünde. All these places enchant visitors not only with their wonderful beaches but are also easily accessible from Rerik via the Baltic Sea Cycle Route.
Thanks to the town’s central location, you can take beautiful bike rides along the Baltic Sea coast or go on excursions to the Hanseatic cities of Wismar and Rostock.

Directions: From Berlin: Take the A19 to the Rostock interchange, then the A20 towards Lübeck; take the Kröpelin exit, follow signs towards Kröpelin, then towards Rerik. From Hamburg: Take the A1 towards Lübeck, then the A20 towards Rostock; take the Wismar/B105 exit, follow signs towards Neubukow, and in Neubukow, take the turnoff towards Rerik.
