About this property
Das Anspruchsvolle 3 Zimmer Appartement Befindet Sich im 1. Obergeschoss des neu Erbauten Appartementhauses und ist Sehr Ruhig Gelegen
The apartment is 73 m² and has 2 bedrooms and a living room with an open kitchen. The bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and a double bed (180 x 200 cm). The living area features a TV, radio, CD and DVD players, and a fireplace. A second TV is located in one of the bedrooms. A cot and a high chair are available for our youngest guests. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances, such as a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, etc. Free Wi-Fi is available. The apartment is fully tiled. The beach is only about 200 m away. Parking space No. 12 is located right next to the building. The apartment building was newly constructed in 2015 and is located just 200 m from the beach. It is very centrally located but in a low-traffic area. Börgerende is a beautiful former fishing village, centrally situated between the Baltic Sea resorts of Nienhagen and Heiligendamm and close to the spa town of Bad Doberan and the Hanseatic city of Rostock.

Tolle Wohnung, tolle Lage, tolle Ausstattung
