The "Melanie" apartment is located in the heart of Dahme and is designed to accommodate up to 2 adults. One dog (no puppies under 1 year old) is allowed upon request.<br>All of the town’s major attractions are just a few minutes’ walk away.<br><br>The modern interiors have been lovingly designed. Great emphasis was placed on comfort when furnishing the space. Colours and materials are harmoniously coordinated. There are a total of 6 apartments in the building. This apartment welcomes you with an open-concept living/sleeping and kitchen area and features a modern bathroom. The separate bedroom features a double bed, a closet, and a TV. A private, furnished terrace is at your disposal.<br><br>A private parking space is included. Wir waren zum 3. Mal im Appartement Melanie (das erste Mal für 3 Wochen im Sommer) und kommen nächstes Jahr wieder. Winzig aber fein, besonders liebe ich die kleine Terrasse, die moderne und zweckmäßige Einrichtung, Waschmöglichkeit (gegen Gebühr), die Nähe zum Strand/Promenade (unter 5 Minuten). Ausführlichere Beschreibung siehe meine Bewertung von Januar! Vermieter und Büro Wandelt super nett und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank! Wir haben natürlich direkt den nächsten Urlaub in diesem Appartement wieder gebucht. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung für Leute, die nicht ganz so viel Platz brauchen.

Eine winzige aber absolut optimal aufgeteilte Ferienwohnung mit guter Stauraumlösung. Die

Eine winzige aber absolut optimal aufgeteilte Ferienwohnung mit guter Stauraumlösung. Die Ausstattung ist neu und modern und durch die großen Fenster sehr hell. Es sind sogar 2 Terrassen vorhanden. Beim Frühstück kann man eine Terrassentüre aufziehen, so dass man auch bei nicht so gutem Wetter quasi "draußen" frühstückt! Das Bad ist in der Relation vergleichsweise groß, auch sehr hell und modern. Die Lage ist perfekt: eine Bäckerei direkt gegenüber, Bäckerei Puck und Kaufhaus nur 100 Meter entfernt, zum Strand, Promenade, Haus des Gastes geht man unter 5 Minuten. Alle notwendigen elektronischen Geräte und auch Spülmaschine vorhanden, auch Fußbodenheizung (war bei unserem Silvesteraufenthalt sehr angenehm). Waschmaschine und Trockner gegen Gebühr vorhanden. Parkplatz direkt am Appartement. Vermieter und Büro Wandelt sehr nett. Eine Mini-Kritik: Ich persönlich komme mit den Kopfkissen nicht zurecht, zu dick, steif und "aufgepufft", ich benötige eins, was sich "knuffeln" lässt. Aber da bringe ich einfach mein eigenes mit, wenn man das im Vorfeld weiß, ist das auch ok. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung, der nächste Aufenthalt ist schon gebucht!
