Lovely furnished apartment in the idyllic spa and cultural town of Bad Kissingen. Modern Non smoking rental (smoking on the balcony possible) suitable for 2-4 adults and possibly 1 child.

You live in a comfortable 2-room apartment with balcony. In the light-flooded living room is a wall unit with flat screen TV, radio with CD player, video recorder and a large living area. A sleeping area offers enough space for the 3rd and 4th person. In the romantic bedroom, there is a double bed and a children's sofa, which can be used as a cot.
The kitchen with its white furniture, is light and airy. It is equipped with a 4-burner stove, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, refrigerator, microwave, etc.. The dining area with a round table and 4 chairs is the opposite kitchen.
The bathroom with a separate toilet is tiled. Nice location, balcony with stunning views to the Saline promenade.

Schlafzimmer befindet sich an einer Hauptstraße. Aber ansonsten war die Wohnung top ausgestattet. Sehr sauber, mit allem was man benötigt.

Die Salinenstraße ist Tempo 30 Zone, leider hat die Stadt wegen Sanierung der Umgehungsstraße den Verkehr einfach durch die Salinenstraße geleitet. Da wir zur Straßenseite in den Fenstern Schallschutzglas haben, hoffen wir das es nicht ganz soo schlimm war.

Bequeme und saubere Wohnung, Parkplatzsituation ist mobilitätseingeschränkte Personen nicht opti

Wir erholten uns sehr gut, der Balkon ist sehr gemütlich und einladend, der Verkehrslärm war zu unserer Zeit nachts etwas störend wegen vorübergehender Umleitungen,sehr positiv: in der Wohnung gibt es viele Bücher und Spiele

Tut uns Leid, die Stadt hat einfach wegen der Sanierung der Umgehungsstraße den Verkehr durch die 30er Zone der Salinenstraße geleitet. Da wir zur Straßenseite in den Fenstern Schallschutzglas haben, hoffen wir das es nicht ganz soo schlimm war. Wir verstehen auch das man durch den verstärkten Verkehr noch mehr acht geben muss beim Überqueren der Straße. Aus und Einladen ist aber auch direkt vor der Haustüre möglich.

Ein gelungener Aufenthalt

Eine Woche durften wir in dieser einladenden Ferienwohnung verbringen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns super erholt. Die Lage ist perfekt, in Bad Kissingen ist von da aus alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Frau Radtke empfangen, alles wurde gezeigt und erklärt. Bei Fragen kann man sich unkompliziert an sie wenden. Es wird schnellstens geklärt. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter.

Erholsamer Urlaub in toller Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet, geräumig, und ist mir ihrer Lage am Saale-Radweg (mit Blick vom Balkon auf die Saale und ins Grüne) und nahe an der Ortsmitte von Bad Kissingen ein ideales Quartier für einen kombinierten Wander-, Radfahr-, Kultur- und einfach Ausruhurlaub.
