Welcome to The Bunkhouse. Come experience the "pretty place" in a 420 sq ft mini-house designed to provide a comfortable and secluded space within a ranch setting. It is located 25 minutes from COTA and a mere 40 minutes to AUS. We are 10 mi. from the BBQ capital of Texas in Lockhart. P-N Ranch is a working cattle ranch on 62 acres. The Bunkhouse has beautiful views of the hay fields and the pecan grove. It has a dock on a huge tank that is stocked with fish. Enjoy the country!

This is a working ranch with resident dogs that free-roam the grounds. We ask that visiting dogs remain leashed when outdoors to keep everyone safe.

Turn off the lights
Put towels in the laundry basket in the closet.
Take trash to the trash bin at the entrance of the property when you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please notify host before walking the ranch. To fish, swim, or use the paddle boat, please sign the liability form on the desk. Fishing cost $20.
