With its thoughtfully selected, modern furnishings and its location in the popular holiday town of Wenningstedt, the house offers everything you need for an unforgettable family holiday or a short getaway with friends.

The living area features a cosy sofa arrangement facing the TV and fireplace, as well as an open kitchen with a spacious dining area that seats up to six people. Do you have to work while on holiday? What a shame! But of course, it’s no problem at all—you can work right from your “holiday workspace.”

From the living area, you can step out into your garden, which features two furnished terraces and a beach chair typical of Sylt. A guest bathroom is located on the same level.

In the basement, you’ll find a room with a double bed and a flat-screen TV, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet. In addition, especially during the winter months, you can enjoy your own private sauna here and leave the stress of everyday life behind for a moment.

On the upper floor of the house, you’ll find two additional rooms, each with a double bed and a flat-screen TV, as well as its own bathroom.

Whether it’s balmy summer evenings on the terrace or a cosy night in front of the fireplace in the fall—you’ll spend unforgettable moments here. Thanks to the house’s quiet location in the heart of Wenningstedt, you can reach numerous towns on the island in no time by car or bike. Speaking of bikes—you can store your bikes warm and dry in your garage and charge your e-bikes there. An e-charging station (for a fee) for your electric car is located in front of the garage.
