Ground Floor: A separate entrance leads you into a practical, enclosed entryway. From here, you enter the light-filled and well-laid-out living room with a lovely dining area. A cosy couch area invites you to spend long evenings with a good book. Or would you prefer a thrilling film on the large Smart TV? The large dining table offers plenty of space for game nights or a convivial meal with friends or family. All accompanied by music from the Bluetooth speaker.

The high-quality brand-name kitchen offers everything a culinary enthusiast could desire: dishwasher, oven, microwave, and a Nespresso machine with a milk frother. And above all—as is the case throughout the entire apartment—plenty of storage space for your personal belongings.

Basement: A solid wood door separates the living room from the staircase leading to the basement. This makes it perfect for families with small children. In the basement, you’ll find a spacious and beautifully designed room with a high-quality double bed (1.8 m x 2 m), a flat-screen TV, and ample closet space.
