Hokie Games, Great Location and includes premium tailgate parking pass!
Pre-game, walk to tailgate (and/or Starbucks, Kroger on the way), have a blast at the game and downtown (TOTS, PK's, Sharkey's, the Cellar, etc...)
AND/OR - take advantage of a Lion's Club Parking Lot Pass - yes, by the famous "Center Street". You don't have to tailgate at Center Street, but you get to drive right through it and see all the fun activities! :-)
Then enjoy a fantastic house with all the amenities. Plenty of parking, outdoor patio, gas grill, cool neighbors, in cul-de-sac neighborhood...(probably the best in Blacksburg!)
*** please note, we are finishing the refurbishing of the house, although the pics are ai generated, this is the plan.
UPDATE...painting is complete, flooring starts Sat 22nd

Cookout on back deck and patio when you arrive; then on Game Day, pick up Carol Lee Donuts before the tailgate, take advantage of the best game day parking in Blacksburg, peek at the Center Street Experience, have a great tailgate, watch Enter Sandman, enjoy the Hokie's Win, easy to exit parking, back to the house to watch Hokie Highlights (and other games) on Sports Center. Sunday...walk to coffee Sunday morning. Now a bad way to spend a Hokie Weekend!
